Located at the intersection of Enterprise Boulevard and Rivis Road, Block 12 is poised to become a significant architectural and cultural landmark within the master-planned community. The project design thoughtfully integrates high-density residential living, commercial space and a pedestrian-oriented public realm, reinforcing Downtown Markham’s identity as a true live-work-play destination.
BDP Quadrangle and The Remington Group’s proposal blends contemporary architectural forms with green infrastructure and community-focused amenities. Central to the design is the prioritization of public space—inviting, walkable streetscapes and a vibrant mix of uses that encourage connection and activity throughout the day and evening.
