Yes, an appointment is necessary to visit The Design Studio. You will be contacted by the Design Studio to schedule your Browsing and Colour Appointment, which will be prioritized based on the closing date of your new home.
Only the Purchaser(s) listed on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale are allowed to attend the Browsing and Colour appointments. Due to time constraints and the need for efficient decision-making, additional guests or representatives cannot be accommodated.
Your appointment is scheduled for a 4-hour period to select from the standard and/or upgraded samples and finishes. If your visit exceeds this allotted time, an additional fee of $150 per hour may be charged at the discretion of the designer. To avoid extra charges, we recommend coming prepared to make decisions within the scheduled time.
No changes, revisions, deletions, or upgrades can be made once the colour chart is completed, signed off, and submitted to Head Office. In case of discontinuation or stock issues with certain selected items, a re-selection may be required. If selections are not made by the specified time outlined in Schedule A of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, the Builder will make selections on your behalf to meet the scheduled closing date.
