What is the Trusted Builder Program?
The Trusted Builder Program is a prestigious recognition awarded to builders and developers who demonstrate exceptional standards in design, construction, customer service and ethical business practices. To qualify, members must have a proven track record of at least 25 years with BILD and meet rigorous licensing requirements, while consistently upholding the association’s strict code of ethics.
This program highlights those who have successfully navigated the complex and ever-changing landscape of the GTA’s real estate market — balancing economic fluctuations, evolving policy and regulatory frameworks and shifting consumer expectations.
